CHICAGO-Lexington Homes LLC has inked an agreement to purchase a roughly 40,000-square-foot property at 611 Green Bay Road from the village of Wilmette for $4 million. The Chicago-based developer has plans to construct a six-story building comprising 95 to 100 apartments and nearly 7,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level.
