WICHITA, KS-Koch Industries Inc. is planning to construct a new three-story building on its Wichita campus situated on 7th Street North between Oliver and Hillside. The project will feature a 210,000-square-foot office building, training space, and a satellite Cafe Koch. The construction is slated for commencement in the fall of 2013, with opening scheduled in mid-2015. Howard + Helmer and Professional Engineering Consultants are the architect and project engineer of the development, respectively.
