NEW YORK CITY-The Pace Gallery is considering leasing 16,000 square feet of office space at 511-541 W. 25th St. The Related Cos. acquired the office building, situated between 10th and 11th avenues on the West Side, at the beginning of this year for $93 million and hired a CBRE team to market the available space.
