Paul Collins, Bill Collins, Drew Flood, James Cassidy and Jud Ryan of Cassidy Turley represented the seller.

The 163,451-square foot building is 99% leased to a variety of tenants. Located at the intersection of the Capital Beltway/I-495 and Route 7, it is less than one-half mile from Tysons Corner Center. The property recently underwent a full renovation, which included improvements to the HVAC system, lobby and elevators.
