OWINGS MILLS, MD-After recently acquiring the Owings Mills Corporate Center here, BECO Management reports it will spend $15 million to upgrade the 330,000-sf office property.

BECO Management, based in Rockville, MD, bought the two building complex at 10453 and 10455 Mill Run Circle for $14.5 million, and will now begin construction on its “action plan” to make it a more vibrant office complex, according to a report in the Baltimore Business Journal. The firm has also renamed the complex BECO Towers I and II.

Among the items on its 100-day action plan include replacing cooling towers, modernizing elevators, sealing the exterior facade, patching and painting staircases and upgrading amenities, the newspaper stated. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
