MAHWAH, NJ-Hearings will resume in February on a proposal to build the controversial 600,000-sf Crossroads Town Center here.
According to a report in The Record, an attorney for Crossroads Developer, a subsidiary of Garden Commercial, asked the Planning Board to carry the proposal forward until its Feb. 25 meeting.
On that date a Crossroads traffic engineer, is expected to testify about internal traffic for the 140-acre site, located at the intersection of Routes 17, 287 and 87.
The site is currently home to a Sheraton Hotel and an office complex. See story in The Record.
