NEW YORK CITY-Rebecca Minkoff, a handbag and accessory design firm, has signed a lease for 13,000 sf of space at 16 West 22nd St. here.
The 10-year lease for office and showroom space on the seventh floor of the 12-story building involves a relocation and consolidation of the firm's existing two locations, according to the Commercial Observer.
“This is a very exciting and growing brand and their looking to consolidate two offices in the immediate area of where they ended up,” says Alan Wildes, executive director with Cushman & Wakefield. Wildes and. C&W director Ethan Silverstein represented the tenant in the deal.
