WASHINGTON, D.C.-Commercial real estate services firm Stream Realty Partners has opened new offices here and in Charlotte, NC. The new locations are its ninth and tenth locations nationwide.
The Washington D.C. office will be spearheaded by Kyle Luby, who was instrumental in establishing the firm's office in Atlanta. Daniel Farrar, a consistent top-producer in the firm's Austin, TX office, will lead the Charlotte region. Last year, Stream entered the Los Angeles and Denver markets.
Both offices are scheduled to open this month and will provide a full range of commercial real estate services throughout all product types. The D.C. office will focus on serving the needs of its clients throughout the District of Columbia, northern Virginia and suburban Maryland, while the Charlotte office will serve clients throughout the metroplex, company officials state.
“We view our expansion into Washington D.C. and Charlotte as an integral part of a continued national growth strategy,” Luby says. “This is a critical first step towards establishing Stream as the premier full service real estate company within the mid-Atlantic region.”
