NEW YORK CITY-The construction firm Hunter Roberts is moving out of its space at 2 World Financial Center and moving to the 32 Old Slip high-rise on the lower East Side.
The firm is leasing 37,000 sf or the entire 10th floor of the 36-story building that is owned by Beacon Capital.
Last September, Sentry Centers signed a 38,750-sf lease at the building that totals more than 1.1 million sf of office space. Both the owner and the tenant in the deal did not comment on the lease deal.
The deal was first reported in Crain's New York Business. See story in the Commercial Observer.
