HOUSTON-Vantage Cos., which has owned the mixed-use, 116,700-square-foot Beltway 8 Office Center since 2006, has hired Colliers International's local office to lease the property. The development, in the metro southwest sector, is being marketed to office, medical office, retail and service tenants.
The property is located at 9920 - 9980 W. Sam Houston Pkwy. South and, according to a press release from Colliers, Vantage selected the firm because of its experience with local tenants. Walter Menuet, Ace Schlameus, Laura Schlameus and Jenny Seckinger are handling leasing activities for the property.
