SCHERERVILLE, IN - Fitzgerald Earles Architects and Associates is overseeing the design and construction planning for an extensive renovation of Plaza 833, a 115,443 square foot office building.

The building is being extensively renovated to be repositioned for the marketplace. It is in a prime location between northwestern Indiana and the Chicago suburbs.
FEAA previously helped design renovations for the building when it was being marketed by the lender.
The property was recently purchased and FEAA will oversee significant renovations for the new ownership, an investment group headed by LM Commercial Real Estate of Clarendon Hills, IL.
The four-story multi-tenant building is located at the corner of Lincoln Highway (Route 30) and Indianapolis Blvd. (Route 41), which is often called the Crossroads of America.
“This building is in a great location in one of Schererville's thriving business districts,” Dan Earles, a principal with FEAA, says in a press release. “By transforming the visual and structural aspects of the building and adding important amenities, such as a fitness center, the owners are positioning themselves to attract tenants from throughout Northwest Indiana.”
Licensed throughout the Midwest, FEAA is based in Chicago and has an office in the Plaza 833 building. The firm has completed architectural and design work for Northwest Indiana companies that include Honeywell IndustriesKrieg Devault, and Loubie's Restaurant.
