CLEARWATER, FL-Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by the owner of the Bay Vista Office Park to handle both leasing and management of the 192,700-sf office complex.
The property, which is currently 65% occupied, consists of three office buildings (Bay Vista Office Building at 15950 Bay Vista Drive, Bay Vista Gardens I at 5500-5596 Rio Vista Drive, and Bay Vista Gardens II at 5659-5775 Rio Vista Drive) in the Gateway/Bayside submarket of Pinellas County. Situated near the intersection of Roosevelt Boulevard and Bay Vista Drive. The properties are undergoing a capital improvement project to renovate and upgrade the common areas, roofing, landscaping, lighting and parking lot.
Jones Lang LaSalle's Deana Beer, will spearhead the leasing efforts, and Anne Romeis, will lead the park's property management services as general manager.
