HOUSTON-An import-export business has renewed its 66,000-square-foot lease in space on the near north side of the CBD. Overseas Import Export Inc. will remain at 1800 South St. for the foreseeable future.
According to the company's website, it specializes in used and recycled goods, such as clothing, shoes and vintage items. The items are sorted, graded than exported to other countries.
