NORTHBROOK, IL - Paine/Wetzel /TCN Worldwide completed a 24,000 square foot lease at 720-730 Landwehr to Data Max Services.
Data Max Services has leased 24,000 square feet of space in the 66,912 SF industrial building as it relocates operations from Glenview.
Whit Heitman, Principal; Samuel Badger, Senior Vice President; and Brad Weiner, Vice President of Paine/Wetzel /TCN Worldwide represented building owner First Industrial. Ryan Bain of CBRE worked on behalf of the tenant.
Data Max is a reseller of equipment such as cash registers, inventory scanning devices and scales. The company chose the facility due to its location within Sky Harbor, a high-end tech park, as well as the ample office space and parking. The building was built in 1978 and expanded in 1993.
Features include 16 foot ceilings, 14,000 SF of office space, four interior docks and A/C throughout. The facility is situated along the main entrance of the park.
