DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES-Yardi Systems Inc. reports it has opened a new office here that will serve as a hub for its business in the Middle East.
The Santa Barbara, CA-based firm says the new office will focus on regional business development, project management, consulting, as well as training and technical support services. Yardi is a developer of software solutions for the real estate investment, asset and property management sectors.
Neal Gemassmer, vice president of Yardi Asia Pacific and Middle East, says, “We have seen tremendous demand by the market for more integrated real estate solutions. This is an exciting phase in Yardi's development in the region; we have maintained a strong, focused path, driven by our commitment to our clients in the Middle East. This next phase of development will enable us to further broaden and deepen the range of solutions and support services offered locally and across the region.”
The company has more than 2,000 employees in 25 offices throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
