NEW YORK CITY-The Milk Studios building at 450 West 15th St. has been purchased by Jamestown Properties for more than $284 million.

The Atlanta-based firm acquired the 325,000-sf, eight-story building from Stellar Management, city records show. The property is home to photography firm Milk Studios and also features a mix of tech and fashion tenants. City records indicate Stellar Management, purchased the building in January 2008 for $161 million, according to the Commercial Observer.

Jamestown Properties New York holdings include: 325 Hudson St., 530 Fifth Ave., 1250 Broadway and One Times Square; as well as the Griffin Court Condos on 10th Avenue; and a mixed-use property at 189 Schermerhorn St. in Brooklyn.
