Principle worked with Location Finders International to ensure Sherwin Williams' standards were achieved on the project and that construction was finished ahead of schedule.
The project combined completely finished retail-showroom-display space with warehouse space which allowed for product storage. Additional improvements included modification of glass storefront main entry, construction of washroom facilities and a drive-in door to accommodate deliveries.

Craig Slinker served as senior project manager and Doug Brucato served as
superintendent for Principle while Soos & Associates Inc. provided architectural services.

Principle Construction, owned by Brucato and Mark E. Augusty, is a design/build general contracting firm serving the Chicago Metro, Southern Wisconsin and Northwest Indiana industrial markets.
