The new store fills the space formerly occupied by a grocery store. It will be the retailer's third location in Chicagoland and is expected to open in summer 2013.
“We believe Mosaic Crossing will provide an excellent home for Old Time Pottery's newest location in the Midwest,” said Inland Vice President Jeff Howard says in a release. “Offering quality housewares, home decor and seasonal decorations in a low-price warehouse concept, Old Time Pottery is a good match with the other retailers in the center and is well located in the trade area.”
Old Time Pottery is leasing 100% of Inland Real Estate's stake in Mosaic Crossing, located at the corner of Route 59 and Route 64. Additional tenants at the center, such as Hobby Lobby and Dollar Tree, lease space that is separately owned
Inland Real Estate Corp. is a self-administered and self-managed publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and operates open-air neighborhood, community, power and lifestyle retail centers and single-tenant properties located primarily in the Midwest.
