OAK BROOK, IL - J.C. Anderson Inc. has been selected to complete a 21,000 square foot build-out on behalf of TOMY International Inc. in the Commerce Plaza in this Chicago suburb.
TOMY is relocating to Commerce Plaza, located at 2015 Spring Rd., from 1111 W. 22nd St. in Oak Brook.
The full floor build-out will feature the construction of new private, executive offices, open work areas, conference rooms and a presentation room. Construction is scheduled for completion in spring 2013.
J.C. Anderson's Steve Boulukos is the project executive and Dan Burnette is the project manager. ArchIdeas is providing the architectural and design services and Jones Lang LaSalle is the construction manager.
TOMY is a well-known designer, producer and marketer of products for mothers, infants and toddlers and also designs and produces collectible toys for children and adults.
J.C. Anderson, established in 1879 with offices in Chicago and Elmhurst, IL, is one of the area's oldest and largest interior general contractors.
