The two projects totaled 155,800 square feet and were completed on behalf of building owner Clarion Partners and project manager Colliers International.
Briarwood Business Center is an approximately 465,000 SF mixed-use business campus.
The first project was done for tenant JAS Forwarding Worldwide. The Missner Group renovated 8,000 SF of office space, the electrical and lighting systems, the warehouse flooring and ventilation systems, the restrooms, and the sprinkler system. Construction consisted of 13 new exterior docks with an over-sized position for air cargo containers and a drive-in door.
The Missner Group also completed a 77,100 SF tenant improvement and office build-out for a spec office suite. The project included a 1,700 SF office build-out, ventilation renovations, a new store front entrance and exterior improvements.
Jess Knigge, vice president of construction was the project executive, and Jack Sbertoli was the project manager on behalf of The Missner Group.
Melissa Powell of Colliers International oversaw the construction management on behalf of Clarion Partners and Harris Architects provided architectural services.
