NEW YORK CITY-Digital marketing research firm eMarketer is reportedly close to signing a lease for nearly 54,000 square feet at 11 Times Square.
The company is expected to sign the 53,573-square-foot lease at the 40-story office building later this week, according to the New York Post. The deal would bring the office building owned by SJP Properties to more than 70% leased.
The building owner has also leased the last remaining retail space at the property with three recent lease deals involving Senor Frog's at 21,000 square feet of basement space and 2,400 square feet on street level; Off the Wall Yogurt is leasing 2,500 square feet and Bank of America has secured 2,393 square feet for a retail branch, the newspaper reports.
