PHILADELPHIA-The six applicants for Philadelphia's second casino license made their respective presentations on Tuesday to the Pennsylvania State Gaming Control Board, including local developer Bart Blatstein and Las Vegas hotel mogul Steve Wynn.

The development costs for the casino-hotel ventures run from $367 million to the most expensive being Blatstein's Provence at $700 million and the Wynn Philadelphia, proposed in Fishtown, at $900 million. Wynn, during his presentation at the session held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, showed a video of the design of his suites at his project, with Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin music playing in the background, according to The Inquirer.

Public hearings by the Gaming Control Board are scheduled for April 11, 12 at the Convention Center. See story in The Inquirer.
