TAMPA, FL-After conducting a search for space, the law firm Hill Ward Henderson has decided there's no place like home and will remain in the Bank of America Plaza here.
The firm, which has maintained space at the downtown property since it opened in 1986, renewed its lease for 12 years for approximately 70,000 square feet of space at 101 East Kennedy Blvd., according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
Hill Ward Henderson occupies four floors in the building and has the flexibility to continue to expand, says R. James Robbins Jr., managing shareholder of the firm. “This location has given our firm momentum. It is the place where business gets done.”
The law firm's tenant representative is Jones Lang LaSalle. The building is managed by CBRE Inc. and owned by Para-Met Plaza, a subsidiary of MetLife. See story in the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
