LAKE MARY, FL-A developer could begin construction later this year on an apartment complex adjacent to a SunRail station currently under construction here.
The city of Lake Mary has given preliminary approval for Epoch Properties' 200-unit luxury apartment project on city-owned property on East Crystal Lake Drive, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
Epoch, which is expected to secure final approval in March, could begin work on The Station House project later this year after it acquires the 3.2-acre parcel from the city for $2.32 million. See story in the Orlando Sentinel.
