CHARLOTTE, NC-Vision Equities and CarVal Investors have hired Lincoln Harris to market office space it intends to build on 27 acres of land adjacent to the Coliseum Centre office park here.
Vision Equities of Mountain Lakes, NJ and CarVal, a subsidiary of Minneapolis-based Cargill, purchased the six-building park for $103 million last year. The firms have agreed to acquire approximately 27 acres adjacent to Coliseum Centre from Pope & Land Enterprises, according to the Charlotte Business Journal. The additional property is part of the 154-acre City Park development site that once housed the now-demolished Charlotte Coliseum.
Campbell Walker and Marshall Williamson of Lincoln Harris are marketing the 27-acre undeveloped site that can accommodate up to 400,000 square feet of new office space. See story in the Charlotte Business Journal.
