FRISCO, TX—Local developer Craig Hall plans to break ground next week on the 16th building in Hall Office Park, a project that is expected to ease a shortage of office space in the suburb north of Dallas.

A groundbreaking ceremony for the eight-story, 200,000-square-foot Class AA office building is planned for next Wednesday, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.

The tract of land is one of two remaining development sites in the 162-acre Hall Office Park. The park has 2 million square feet of space in 15 buildings, which have a 98 percent occupancy rate.

Hall says he expects the new building to be completed in April 2014.
