SARASOTA, FL-Three medical buildings here have traded for almost $16 million to a Rochester, NY-based company.
The properties were acquired by Broadstone GCSC Florida LLC, which is managed by Norman Leenhouts and Bob Tait. The sellers were Roland and Philip Askins, according to the Sarasota Herald Tribune.
One of the buildings in the transaction is 4947 Clark Road, a 17,864-square-foot outpatient surgical facility occupied by the Gulfcoast Surgery Center, a Sarasota company managed by Philip Askins. Other properties in the sale were 4937 Clark Road, which totals nearly 24,000 square feet, and 865 S. Indian Ave. in Englewood, which totals 5,040 square feet.
