LYNDHURST, NJ- Cushman & Wakefield reports that ARGO Turboserve Corp. has expanded its lease presence at the Cityview Corporate Center to 35,000 square feet.
ATC, which provides custom supply-chain management and engineering and technical services to the nuclear, aerospace and industrial markets, has added 15,000 square feet to its offices at 160 Chubb Ave. In the past year the firm previously had expanded its leased space at the property by more than 5,000 square feet.
Curtis Foster, a Cushman executive vice president based in East Rutherford, represented the building's ownership, a Boston-based pension fund adviser. John Friedland, managing partner of United Realty Advisors LLC, represented ATC. See story in The Record.
