ATLANTA-A major tenant has shown interest in leasing just about all of the 376,351-square-foot available at the Cobalt Center office complex in Alpharetta.

Officials with M&J Wilkow, which recently acquired the complex, state that the unidentified company could possibly relocate its operations to the property that was formerly occupied by Cingular Wireless.

David Harvey, a senior executive with Chicago-based M & J Wilkow, says that Georgia is competing for the corporate relocation with Illinois, Ohio, North Carolina and Texas. The requirement could bring hundreds of jobs to the city of Atlanta.

“Unfortunately we do not know the company behind it yet,” Harvey adds. See story in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
