NEW YORK CITY-Urban Outfitters is leasing more than 20,000-square-foot of prime space at 180 Broadway.

The fashion retailer is taking 21,000 square feet on multiple floors of the building. The New York Post reports Urban Outfitters has leased 1,500 square feet on the first floor and 6,700 square feet on the second and third floors. The firm is also taking 6,000 square feet of space on the lower level, sources told the newspaper.

The deal is reportedly worth $50 million over 15 years to building developer/owners Jeff Sutton, SL Green Realty Corp. and Harel Insurance.

Pace University has leased the top of the 24-story building for a 600-bed dormitory, which should open this fall. See story in the New York Post.
