ATLANTA-Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors LLC shelled out a total of $47.2 million for three Alpharetta office buildings.
The Hartford, CT-based investor acquired the Windward Fairways I and II and Preston Ridge office buildings for approximately $110 a foot from Invesco Real Estate. The transaction adds more than 400,000 square feet to Cornerstone's portfolio, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Cushman & Wakefield's Stewart Calhoun, David Meline and Samir Idris brokered the transaction for Invesco Real Estate, which was managing the investment on behalf of a large pension fund. See story in the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
