NASHVILLE—Viera Cool Springs Apartment Community just sold for $44 million. Viera Holdings, an affiliate of a family office of a Forbes 400 member, snapped up the multifamily asset from Covenant Capital.
Southeast Venture broker Tarek El Gammal represented the buyer. Ashley Bishop, a broker also with Southeast Venture, assisted El Gammal. Jason Nettles of HFF represented the seller.
“This apartment community recently underwent extensive interior and exterior renovations and its location in one of the most dynamic counties in the United States provides residents with convenient access to a strong employment center, a great school district, and an established retail trade area,” says El Gammal. “These aspects of a neighborhood are very important to my client, and we will continue to look for similar investments throughout the Nashville area.”
Located 300 Royal Oaks Boulevard in Franklin, the 373,000-square-foot multifamily community is set on 36 acres of land and consists of 468 one- and two-bedroom units. It is located in the Franklin Special School District, and was originally built in 1988.
