GREENSBORO, NC-The Fresh Market Inc. reports that Randy Kelley, senior vice president for real estate and development, is leaving the specialty grocer this spring to pursue “a new business opportunity.”
Kelley, who has been with the firm for nine years, is staying on with the company through the early spring as the company considers his replacement. Rob Koch, the company's senior director of real estate, will oversee real estate activities and Steve Showalter, the company's vice president of construction, will oversee development activities until a replacement is named.
“Randy has been a valuable member of our team and instrumental in building an outstanding group of real estate and development professionals,” said Craig Carlock, president and CEO of Fresh Market. “The company will be well-served by the structure that Randy put in place and we wish him the best as he starts his new real estate venture.” See story in The Business Journal.
