CHICAGO-Nordstrom Rack will be the lead anchor of The Maxwell in the South Loop currently under construction.
Nordstrom Rack will open a 36,500-square-foot store at the development located north of the intersection of Canal Street and Roosevelt Road in the South Loop. The 230,000-square-foot project is a joint venture between Bond Cos. and Bucksbaum Retail Properties.
"We could not be more delighted to have Nordstrom Rack as a lead anchor in The Maxwell,” says Bond Co. President Robert J. Bond. “The Rack is a great addition to the South Loop as this area continues to evolve as a prominent retail corridor serving more than 15 Chicago neighborhoods."
Nordstrom Rack will occupy street level space that will be accessible from Roosevelt Road.
