NEW YORK CITY- Massey Knakal Realty Services reports it has been hired to sell one of the few prime development sites left on the Upper West Side.
The property is located at 206-210 West 77th Street, between Amsterdam Avenue and Broadway and is 75 feet wide and contains up to approximately 92,000 square feet of development rights, including allowable bonuses.
The property now features a six-story, 250 space parking garage. Allowable uses for the property include mixed-use, residential and retail, or community facility, according to Massey Knakal officials.
“As we had anticipated, the land market is white hot right now as fundamentals are improving and construction financing is plentiful,” stated Massey Knakal Chairman Bob Knakal, who is exclusively representing the seller along Paul Smadbeck, senior vice president of sales for the brokerage firm. “It is a perfect time to be bringing development sites to the market.”
