HOUSTON-Matthew Frey has joined Skanska USA's local office as senior director of business development. In this role, Frey will be responsible for securing new business opportunities in the Houston area.
Frey previously had leadership roles in business development at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction, CF Jordan Construction and Turner Construction. Frey received a bachelor's degree in construction management from Northern Kentucky University and was recently named to Engineering News-Record's "Top 20 under 40" in the Texas and Louisiana region.
Frey's hire in Houston follows Dan Balow's re-hire as a project executive and Jaquay Rogers' promotion to preconstruction director.
