BALTIMORE-The owner of 101 N. Charles St., a more than 264,000-square-foot office tower in downtown Baltimore, is looking for a buyer for the high-rise property.

Cassidy Turley is the broker marketing the 28-story building for sale for owner Lexington Charles Limited Partnership, according to the Baltimore Business Journal. The building at the corner of Charles and East Lexington streets is currently 92% occupied. State records put the value of the property at nearly $11 million.

The building was constructed in 1969, underwent renovations in 1990 and was upgraded in 2003 that led to the building being certified LEED Gold. See story in the Baltimore Business Journal.
