MIAMI—The Related Group has tapped NAI/Merin Hunter Codman to market the retail component of Casa Costa, a 395-unit luxury condominium project in Boynton Beach, FL. The luxury project includes about 20,000 square feet of retail and office space.
Related acquired the Casa Costa in 2012, which was formerly known as The Promenade. The twin condominium towers offer views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic Ocean and resort-like amenities.
“NAI/Merin Hunter Codman's plans for Casa Costa's commercial space are to create a revitalized pedestrian-friendly destination in Boynton Beach with the vitality of Delray's Atlantic Avenue and West Palm Beach's Clematis Street,” says Jordan Paul, CEO of NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. Casa Costa is located at 400 N. Federal Highway, slightly more than one mile east of I-95.
Related expects Casa Costa to bridge a retail gap between Delray Beach to the south and West Palm Beach to the north. In addition to Casa Costa's nearly 400 condo units, there are also 1,000-plus condos within a quarter-mile radius upon which businesses within the complex can draw. The waterfront and marinas are also within walking distance of Casa Costa.
“The Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency is happy to work with The Related Group to provide generous economic incentives to new commercial tenants at Casa Costa,” says Vivian L. Brooks, executive Director of the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency. “The CRA is committed to developing a vibrant downtown with shopping, dining and entertainment that is unique to Boynton Beach.”
