NEW YORK CITY-Texas de Brazil has signed an 11,000-square-foot lease at 201 East 60th St. here.
The Brazilian steakhouse will be taking approximately 1,000 square feet on the ground floor and 10,000 square feet on the second floor of the mixed-use building on the Upper East Side, according to the Commercial Observer.
The restaurant will be taking over space formerly occupied by California Pizza, which closed in the fall of last year. The more than 250,000-square-foot building has approximately 28,000 square feet of retail, including space in the tower portion of the building that also features 218 residential units.
