ATLANTA-The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies appears to be eyeing a move of its Atlanta office from one Buckhead tower to another.

The firm has signed a letter of intent with Duke Realty and Pope & Land, the owners of the 34-story 3630 Peachtree tower, to lease a floor or approximately 30,000 square feet at the building.

Chubb Group occupies 43,000 square feet at the 14-story Two Live Oak building and has been a tenant of the building since the 1990s. The 3630 Peachtree tower ownership is being represented in lease discussions by Jackie Gauthreaux, Jennifer Koontz and Kerry Armstrong of Pope & Land Enterprises.
