MILWAUKEE, WI-The developer of the 223-acre Oak Creek business park says he will begin construction later this year on the development.
Jerry Franke, president of Wispark LLC, says construction on the infrastructure for the project will likely begin in the second or third quarter of this year. Wispark and Oak Creek officials are working on an infrastructure plan to build streets and utilities through the undeveloped land, according to The Business Journal.
Franke says 2014 is perhaps the earliest any companies would begin building facilities at the site known as Oakview Business Park. See story in The Business Journal.
