ATLANTA-Central Pipe & Supply is shifting its headquarters operations from leased space in Doraville to nearly 200,000 square feet of space it owns in the Fulton Industrial District.
The company is expanding into the 194,000-square-foot former Printpack headquarters building at 4335 Wendell Drive it acquired recently. Central Pipe & Supply has been leasing approximately 90,000 square feet of space in Doraville at 4164 Northeast Expressway, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
Central Pipe & Supply helps distribute products that make up indoor sprinkler systems in new apartments, along with similar systems in industrial and office buildings and has benefitted from the spike in new apartment construction in the Southeast in the past two years.
