NEW YORK CITY-A firm that stages obstacle races around the globe is relocating operations from Pearl Street to 15 MetroTech Center in downtown Brooklyn.

Tougher Mudder signed a sublease deal for 70,000 square feet of space that involves the entire seventh and eighth floors of the 19-story building owned by Forest City Ratner, according to the Commercial Observer. The space Tougher Mudder will occupy is leased to health care company, Wellpoint.
