BENSALEM, PA-The developer of the massive, mixed-use Waterside development along the Delaware River says construction should begin in August or September.

The project to be built on 45 acres on State Road will include 440 townhomes, 16 single-family homes, a 10-story, 150-condominium mid-rise building along with some retail, office and restaurant space. It will also feature a marina and an eight-acre park at the water's edge, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.

“We are very confident that the time has arrived” to start the project, says Steve McKenna, president of Mignatti Companies, the developer of the Waterside project. “We're the keystone project for getting the redevelopment of that area going,” he said. See story in the Bucks County Courier Times.
