NEW YORK CITY-The Green Ivy School has signed a 25-year, 80,000-square-foot lease at the Trump Building at 40 Wall St.
The school, expected to serve pre-school children through eighth graders, will have its own entrance on Pine Street and two new dedicated elevators for its space that will take up the entire second and third floors and part of the fourth floor, according to the New York Post.
Jeffrey Lichtenberg and Jared Horowitz of Cushman & Wakefield represented the Trump Organization. C&W's Glenn Markman and Joseph Cirone worked on behalf of the Green Ivy School.
Donald Trump Jr. says the lease will create a “building within a building,” and the school use “will be great for the area and will revitalize the Pine Street entrance.” See story in the New York Post.
