Krichman Joins Post Brothers as COO

PHILADELPHIA-Multi-family developer Post Brothers has hired former Resource Residential executive Harlan B. Krichman as its chief operating officer.

Krichman has 25 years of experience in the property field. He spent the previous five years serving as president and COO of Philadelphia-based Resource Residential, a national real estate property management company he established on behalf of a family of NYSE real estate companies. In this role, he brought management in-house for more than 20,000 apartments from more than 65 communities across 28 cities in 18 states. Previously, Krichman spent nearly two decades as the regional vice president of WinnResidential, a Boston-based residential property management firm.

In his new role at Post Brothers, Krichman will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's quality control practices across all property management and operational areas.
