PHILADELPHIA-Multi-housing developer Pennrose has named Donald Miller Jr. as its chief financial officer.

Miller joins Pennrose from Prestige Affordable Housing Equity Partners, a member of The Michaels Organization, where he served as a vice president and was involved in the syndication of Low Income Housing Tax Credits. While there, he acted as a liaison between the developers, management and potential investors to obtain best pricing to maximize the return to the investor; reviewed underwriting of proposed new construction and acquisition; and performed asset management and investor reporting.

Prior to his stint at Prestige, he was vice president at Interstate Realty Management Co. where he was responsible for up to 60 separate apartment complexes consisting of conventional and affordable properties, including elderly, family, and mixed-use properties.

“We are very excited to have Donald join the Pennrose family. He is a proven leader in our industry with an extensive background and operational experience across our entire scope of business,” states Robert J. Lampher, president of Pennrose Management Company. “We have no doubt that his knowledge, skills and relationships will immediately add value to our team.”
