SANTA ANA, CA-First American Financial Corp., a locally based global provider of title-insurance and settlement services for real estate transactions, has promoted Mark E. Seaton to CFO. Seaton, who was formerly SVP of finance, will replace current EVP and CFO Max O. Valdes, who is retiring after 25 years with the company.
