BERWYN, PA-LCOR Residential reports that it has won property management assignments in Florida and Arizona totaling 900 apartment units, bringing its total property management portfolio to more than 8,000 units across the nation.
The property assignments are for Fusion 1560 and the Tortuga Pointe properties in St. Petersburg, FL, and Waterford at Superstition Springs in Mesa, AZ
“These three property management assignments further establish LCOR Residential in these key regions for our property management and real estate market expertise,” said Tom O'Brien, executive vice president and chief operating officer at LCOR. “We are looking forward to fostering our expansion in these markets as LCOR Residential continues to form strong relationships with major institutional owners.”
Fusion 1560 is a contemporary loft style community that includes 325 luxury apartments that are comprised of one- and two-bedroom units. Tortuga Pointe, also located in St. Petersburg, consists of 295 luxury apartment homes. Waterford at Superstition Springs is a garden style community that features 280 units of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
