MIAMI-March has come and gone and the commercial real estate firms in the Southeast saw several key promotions. Executives were promoted in commercial real estate areas from investor relations to the executive suite.
Adler Realty Services, a division of Adler Group that specializes in property management, sales and leasing and brokerage services, promoted Daniel Heisler to executive vice president and Matthew Bittel to senior director of brokerage services.
“Daniel and Matthew have a thorough knowledge of the market and experience to compliment our growth strategy and strengthen our leasing and third party brokerage portfolio in the Florida market,” says Michael M. Alder, chairman and CEO of Adler Group. “ARS's goal is to preserve and add value to properties, while generating tenant satisfaction.”
Heisler is now responsible for sales, leasing and brokerage operations. During Heisler's tenure with ARS, he has closed more than 1,000 real estate transactions throughout Florida and administered over several million square feet of tenant construction totaling more than $15 million.
Bittel now oversees the marketing and leasing of ARS's South Florida office, retail, flex and industrial property portfolio, totaling more than one Million square feet. Bittel also represents the interests of several entrepreneurial groups and serves as a third-party consultant for the company, offering commercial brokerage services to clients seeking professional real estate support. To date, he has successfully closed more than 500 transactions with an aggregate lease value in excess of $100 million.
Meanwhile, Ram announced that Brian Bode has been promoted to managing director of Investor Relations. Bode began working with the firm in 2011 and has now assumed full responsibility for institutional capital raising and structuring of private equity funds, as well as programmatic joint ventures.
Fimiani Development, a boutique real estate development firm headquartered in Boca Raton, has named Lindsey Alexander and Meredith Housman as vice presidents of leasing. Alexander and Housman will work with Simon Property Company, Kite Realty Group, Kimco and Office Depot and will focus on landlord representation as well as tenant representation for clients they have existing relationships with.
"Both Lindsey and Meredith have built strong relationships with national, regional and local retailers and have a proven track record," says Michael Fimiani, president of Fimiani Development. "They have extensive experience and knowledge of the Florida market and are a great addition to the team we are building throughout the state."
